I’m Meike, a consultant and coach with a background in Sociology & Psychology and over 8 years of experience helping people grow – from students to senior leaders. After graduating from the University of Greenwich, I was elected Students’ Union President twice, mentoring students and building systems that helped others turn ideas into action. Since then, I’ve worked internationally in leadership development, diversity & inclusion, and organisational transformation – but at the heart of it all, I’ve always been passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential.

My coaching approach is friendly, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from both business and personal coaching methods, but I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Instead, we’ll work together to figure out what approach works best for you – whether you need help setting goals, building confidence, or figuring out your career direction. I’ll guide you through the process with practical tools and honest conversations.
