First of all I will make note of their strengths and weaknesses, then learn about their study habits and techniques they follow. I will teach in a variety of ways making sure the student understands one way or the other. I will also provide study plans and techniques that make studying far easier. Small assignments will be given as well to track their progress. Lessons wil be kept short and to the point. During my lessons I will also make use of interesting learning websites to ensure the class stays interactive and also make use of questioning to encourage participation and improve confidence.
