Whether you want to learn how to perform simple mathematical calculations, generate graphs, or even construct a spreadsheet for a mini business, I will teach you all the skills you need as a beginner in order for you to get started with Excel. I have found Excel very useful especially in University. Whenever I had to create a digital version of my results table to put into my lab report, Excel was my go-to application. On Excel I could perform mathematical calculations on large amounts of data in a matter of seconds, I could also perform multiple mathematical calculations simultaneously. This saved a lot of my time.

I am offering a 2 hour tutoring session in which I will teach you how to use Excel effectively. This will give you a solid foundation which you can build upon easily.

In a 2 hour session I will teach you the following:
- Some key terminology that all beginners should know.
- How to perform the 4 fundamental mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- How to perform some tricks to save time when using Excel.
- How to create simple graphs to visually represent the data from a table.
- How to format cells.
- How to calculate the mean, median, mode and range.
- I will then put all this together and teach you how to create a basic table for a mini business.

Although this looks overwhelming at first glance, I will ensure my sessions are as engaging as possible. I will also include multiple breaks during the 2-hour session so that all knowledge is consolidated and issues rectified before I start the next part of the session.

Excel has made my life easier and I want you to also experience its benefits. Knowing how to use Excel can also enable you to change your career or take up a 'digital' role in the career you are already in. It is also an invaluable skill that will help you throughout your life in many ways.
