Leadership expert with 22 years at Microsoft, helping students and early-career professionals become confident leaders.

I spent 22 years at Microsoft leading teams and programmes in engineering, customer success and learning, most recently leading a global development programme for more than 75,000 employees. Today I run a leadership development company and help organisations grow their next generation of leaders. Our lessons are about you and your goals. We work on the skills that help you lead early in your career: communicating with confidence, influencing others, making decisions, working in a team and leading your first projects. Each lesson mixes a simple idea with real practice. We rehearse the situations you face, reflect on what worked and agree one small step to try before we meet again.
