I’m a former Royal Military Police Corporal with 12 years’ military experience, where I learned first-hand the importance of discipline, communication, teamwork, decision-making and staying calm under pressure.

Since leaving the military, I’ve worked in training, security and consultancy, helping individuals and teams develop confidence, leadership skills and the ability to perform effectively in challenging situations.

I now bring those experiences into coaching young people.

My sessions are designed to help students develop the skills that aren't always taught in the classroom — confidence, resilience, communication, decision-making, organisation, leadership and personal responsibility.

Whether a student is struggling with confidence, preparing for exams or their next stage of education, considering a career or simply wants to become more capable and independent, I provide practical, supportive coaching tailored to the individual.

My approach is straightforward: understand the individual, identify what is holding them back, develop practical strategies and build the confidence to put them into action.

I don't believe young people need to be told what to think. They need to be given the tools, guidance and confidence to think for themselves.
