Over the years as a teacher in a school with more than two thousand students, I have been able to regularly renew my teaching practices at the mid-school level, while adapting them to the 2016 reform. The multicultural aspect of my current establishment has taught me to adapt my teaching methods in respect to the student populations high diversity level and to support each student individually in their learning curriculum. Based on my competence, experience, and awareness of the knowledge level requirements of foreign language expected from the students, I have constantly strived to develop in my students, the necessary language skill levels they will need in a few years. This will help to fully play their role as citizens and help them to become successfully integrated into society and today's world where mastering foreign languages is essential.
