I assess the needs and wants of each student (beginner to advanced) individually, to determine what they would like to learn or to improve on, and then establish a plan with them to help meet their artistic goals. Through practical demonstrations, I will guide you through the process of making art, from concept to realisation, including how to expand an initial idea, the choice of the best medium to use, and how to explore the various possibilities of your favoured or chosen mediums. I can also advise on the process of collating work for a portfolio presentation, or help with exam preparation in both practical art and art history/theory.
