Jessica was very implicated in her tutoring, truly focused on giving me the opportunity to learn while balancing that with independence within the lab. I always felt comfortable talking to her about my ideas and plans, and having intellectual discussions around the project. Additionally, she is patient and understanding and really meets you where you are at. She is really nice and easy to talk to on a personal level too.
She cultivates the right environment for you to grow as a a scientist!
