If you are already reading this, you know that IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. You also know, that you need to take the exam in order to get a UK Visa. It is an exam, which proves, that your English level in high enough to cope with living and working in an English-speaking country.

But what does the exam look like? What are the requirements? What should you practise? And the most burning question - how many points/percent do I need to pass?

I am here to answer all those questions and more.

My name is Sylvi and I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in English Philology, specialization teaching. I also have a TEFL Level 5 diploma, which means that I teach English as a second language.

I offer help to prepare for IELTS General Training exam. My lessons cover understanding the format of the exam and explaining the bands range, practising skills like reading, listening, speaking and writing, learning and practising vocabulary, grammar, spelling and pronunciation.
I also provide students with authentic examples of the exam, most common questions and topics.
