It's so nice to meet you! My name is Irene and I'm originally from Madrid. I've been lucky enough to call London my home for the past 12 years.

After finishing my studies in Photography, I decided to pursue my passion for teaching and obtained my CLTA qualification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. I have a degree in Spanish Language and Literature from UNED, and I am currently studying a Master's in Teacher Training for Spanish as a Foreign Language. In the last 10 years I've been teaching to a wide variety of students from different nationalities, with different levels and goals in private and group lessons (general Spanish, Spanish for travel, business Spanish, conversation and literature club).

I follow the Communicative Approach method, which means that I will prepare you to use Spanish in real life scenarios, providing you with all the tools that you need to communicate.

My classes are fun, dynamic, and interactive. We’ll use grammar, readings, audio, videos, and plenty of conversation to keep every lesson engaging.

I adapt the classes to your interests, hobbies, and goals, so learning Spanish feels natural and enjoyable.
