I’m passionate about teaching Spanish and helping students build confidence in both their speaking and written skills. I have experience working as a Spanish teaching assistant, Spanish teacher and private tutor, teaching GCSE and A-level students, including students following the new GCSE specification. I use dynamic and engaging resources and incorporate Spanish-speaking culture into my lessons to make learning more interesting, relevant and enjoyable.

My lessons are always tailored to each student’s individual needs, level and learning style. I provide clear explanations, patient guidance and plenty of opportunities to practise and apply new vocabulary and grammar. I also focus on developing strong exam techniques, improving accuracy and helping students become more confident when communicating in Spanish.

Students can expect a supportive, encouraging and motivating learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I aim to make every lesson productive and enjoyable while helping students make steady progress and achieve their academic goals.

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods depending on their strengths, areas for development and personal objectives. Whether a student needs support with grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading or writing, I provide structured guidance and practical activities to help them improve. I also encourage students to become more independent learners by giving them useful strategies they can use outside lessons. My goal is to make Spanish accessible and enjoyable while helping students recognise their own progress and reach their full potential. I celebrate progress and encourage students to believe in themselves.
