A qualified level 7 coach and mentor who has worked with a wide range of individuals. My specialism is goal setting, behaviour change and emotional intelligence. The power of mentoring is being a champion, but holding the space for challenge and reflection. With my 2.5 decades of experience, I have a wealth of experience, knowledge and activities that can support reaching a goal.
I hold memberships for the Association of Coaching and the Association for Business Mentors. Trust takes time to build, but as a mentor, I will ensure that I create the space for safe conversation and activities that support the relationship-building process.
