I have 10 experience teaching Secondary school Biology in government schools in Zambia

Teaching Secondary school Biology is one of my favorite skills I usually undertake five days a week during working days. Due to the long number of years that I have been teaching, this has helped me to fine tune myself how to deliver lessons to my learner in class. I mostly use learner-centred methodology, the pedagogy that is required to teach science-based subjects. During such lessons, I regard myself as a facilitator and allow learners to explore during the lessons. I allow learners to do hands on activities as they try to explore the subject. My duty as a facilitator is to come in just to consolidate what learners have already presented. Doing this has proven that improves content retention in learners during examinations
