I have experience as a lead maths and English to NC level 5/6 in my role as an assistant head/classroom teacher at an Islington primary school

I have worked as a maths coordinator in a north Islington primary school. I taught all core subjects up to level 5/6. I am an English specialist, but I also trained to be a maths coordinator and lead maths teacher, training other teachers to teach maths in primary schools across the borough. In my role as assistant head, I was in charge of pastoral care and raising standards in education.
In this role, I was responsible for observing teachers delivering lessons in order to give them constructive feedback on their practice.
