Hello, I’m Lucia and I would like to help you to achieve to your full potential in Economics at A Level or GCSE level.

I achieved an A in Economics A Level and a 2.1 grade in BSc Economics at the University of Birmingham. Since graduating, I have worked at the UK’s Department for International Trade as an Economist, working on analysis for trade agreements and international trade policy. I also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor focusing on cryptocurrency at HM Treasury, and have got an MSc in International Politics.

My experience would support your understanding of the syllabus because I have real life experience working on exciting economic issues such as international trade, foreign investment, and digital assets such as cryptocurrency. We will talk through lots of real life examples of the topics we are working through on the syllabus, to bring the theory to life depending on your interests. We will also focus on exam technique and past paper practice to ensure you are as prepared for your exams as possible!

I'm a friendly and warm tutor, and will adapt my lessons to your interests and working style I understand that each student has different needs, from support with understanding the course content to working together to achieve the best grade possible.
