                        My lessons are virtual, relaxed, and tailored to each student. I combine coaching conversations, reflective practices, and gentle challenge to help students build confidence, manage stress, and develop practical strategies for success. My approach is calm, encouraging, and focused on real progress, helping students feel capable, motivated, and ready to embrace new experiences.
I work with students aged 8–18 who want support with confidence, motivation, managing school and exams, life skills, and overall wellbeing. Using my wealth of experience as a teacher, mum, and life coach, I create a safe, inspiring space where students can grow, explore, and thrive.
In my sessions, I bring together a blend of:
