GCSE Maths Tutor Higher and Foundation tiers

I’ve been tutoring maths for 4.5 years. I started with Maths Olympiads, which taught me to explain tricky ideas in simple ways, and in January 2024 I moved to GCSE. Since then I’ve worked with Pearson Edexcel GCSE (and IGCSE), Cambridge IGCSE at both Foundation and Higher tier.

My lessons focus on understanding, not memorising: we practise past papers, learn to show working, and work out where marks are lost. One of my students went from a grade 6 to an 8 in two months.

I have a BSc in Computer Science from Goldsmiths, University of London, and I also speak Russian, so I can explain difficult topics in two languages if needed. Let’s find what works for you!
