GCSE Maths Head Start – Build Confidence from September | Cardiff Engineering Graduate & PGCE Trainee

I am an Engineering Graduate from Cardiff University and a current PGCE trainee Maths teacher, with over two years of experience teaching and tutoring students aged 6–16. I specialise in helping students begin the school year with confidence, ensuring they build strong foundations in key GCSE Maths topics from the very start.

My lessons are clear, structured, and engaging — I use step-by-step explanations, worked examples, and targeted practice to strengthen understanding and improve exam technique. Sessions are typically one hour, fully tailored to each student’s needs.

I work with KS3 and GCSE students (Years 7–11), whether they need to catch up, stay on track, or aim for top grades. My goal is simple: to make Maths more approachable and to give students the confidence and skills they need to succeed in exams.

First lesson: £10 (introductory offer). Standard rate: £20/hr.
