GCSE, A-Level, and Degree level Psychology and Neuroscience Tutoring

I have a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology (Bachelors), and A Masters of Science in Neuroscience. I am also a graduate member of the BPS. I have been tutoring for about 5 years now, and have even expanded on my tutoring subjects and exam boards covered over this time. I specialise in AQA, Edexcel (Pearsons), and OCR exam boards.

I deliver lessons online and I tailor each session to the students needs. I base my teaching style on the students learning style, that way they can get the most out of each session. I have experience using and teaching platforms such as SPSS and Qualtrics, which some psychology degree-level students often struggle with. I also specialise in essay writing and dissertation/research project preparation and write-up.

My sessions will usually start with a PowerPoint presentation, giving the background and foundations on the subject. Sometimes I will use interactive learning such as quizzes or practice exam questions with students to test their knowledge. If it is essay writing, I usually get the student to email me their assignment brief along with any relevant content and we work through the essay during the session.
