Fun and knowledgeable I aim to give both advice and exciting but useful maths lessons to future prodigies.

I will tailor my teaching based on if it's a 1 on 1 or a group. If 1 on 1 I will help try to build a close and understanding relationship with my student so that we build rapport and understanding to help them break their current limitations. If a group I will try and build a culture where hard work and success are rewarded within the group and keep notes on those falling behind to help use my own understanding of group dynamics to help students grow through challenging each other and achieving better grades in return. I will constantly give tests to see what they know and then address these areas before giving them another test to see their learning. I will also ask their interests, passions and goals so that I can use them as motivation so they continue going when the topics get hard for them. I will also give difficult homework that is harder than what we did in lessons to see if they understand well what they've learnt.
