Friendly and experienced Maths tutor helping students build confidence and achieve their goals

I’m an experienced Maths tutor with over three years of experience teaching students at GCSE level. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and an A in A-Level Maths, and I have a BSc in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham.

My lessons are friendly, supportive and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on breaking down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps and making sure students understand why a method works rather than simply memorising it.

For GCSE students, I can help with both Foundation and Higher Maths, whether you’re looking to improve your grade, prepare for an upcoming exam or simply become more confident with Maths. Lessons can include topic-by-topic teaching, targeted practice on weaker areas and plenty of exam-style questions and past-paper practice.

I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes and improving at their own pace.
