I’ve tutored people who were learning French for the following reasons:

* that one French song you’ve always wanted to understand/sing properly
* your school books
* your comic books
* your work e-mails
* a French restaurant menu from your travels
* something cool or weird that happened to you over the weekend

I studied business & management in Nantes (France). During the prep course for the admission exams of my university, we had many English-to-French and French-to-English translations to do on a daily basis, so I can also help out anyone requiring help for this kind of specific exercise.
