Advert description
I am a devoted teacher in charge of Spanish leading the Spanish department and supporting
new staff bringing almost eight years experience in England in State schools and an
International Boarding School. I am currently responsible for monitoring Spanish teaching
and learning at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. I have been teaching the Spanish language to different
Year groups and a wide range of schools. I have delivered lessons from reception class to A-
level students teaching the UK Spanish and French curriculum. I have extensive experience
leading and conducting Spanish speaking assessments to GCSE and A-levels students as well
as conducting assessments for independent candidates. I also had over three years of
experience supporting KS4, and KS5 students with oral examinations for GCSE and A-levels as
a Language Assistant. I am passionate about generating engaging and meaningful classroom
discussions among students.
I worked as a Resident Tutor committed to keeping parents and guardians involved in
students’ education. I coordinate with administrators, families, and students to
help them reach their full potential. As a motivated bilingual teacher, I work diligently to
learn and implement new teaching strategies working both in the department and in the
boarding houses with students. I am fully dedicated to implementing different learning
strategies for all students of different learning abilities and skills.
I consider myself a highly competent, motivated, and enthusiastic teacher with experience of
working as part of a team in a busy environment. I am well organised and proactive in
providing timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to office managers and work
colleagues. I am approachable, well presented, and able to establish good working
relationships with a range of different people. I possess a proven ability to generate
innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
