Experienced Teacher | English Tutor with 6 Years Experience

I am a qualified Year 3 teacher with 6 years of experience tutoring children in person. I teach English lessons that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to each child’s needs and confidence level.

I can support with reading, comprehension, spelling, grammar, punctuation, phonics, handwriting, creative writing, and preparation for school assessments. My lessons focus on building confidence as well as improving skills, helping children feel comfortable to ask questions and make progress at their own pace.

As a primary school teacher, I understand how to adapt learning for different abilities, including children with EAL and SEND needs. I use clear explanations, interactive activities, and structured practice to keep lessons calm, positive, and productive.

My aim is to help children enjoy learning while developing strong English skills both in and out of the classroom.
