I am an experienced maths and science tutor providing online sessions

I have 6 years of experience tutoring Maths and Science for a range of ages. I draw on my experience through 1-to-1 sessions with diverse needs in the students' home. These experiences meant that I was recommended to other parents and students looking for a tutor. I also have extensive experience tutoring online, where I showed my adaptability during the pandemic and adjusted sessions to student needs. I later worked on online tutoring platforms and tailored sessions to the specific student. In addition, I have tutored groups of students at A-Level after school and adapted to teaching in a small group.

My teaching style is encouraging to help you build confidence and skills. I enjoy helping you work through a problem and want to make you believe in yourself. My knowledge of exam techniques and in depth knowledge of science and maths will help you to really understand the subject!

I have a good working knowledge of the National Curriculum and am a working public engagement professional. I will be available at times outside my full time job. I have a BSc in Zoology and an MSc in Science Communication. I would prefer to tutor online to fit around my schedule.
