I am a trained and experienced life coach offering supportive, student-centred coaching sessions. I work with students who want to build confidence, improve motivation, develop self-awareness, and gain greater clarity around decisions and direction.
My approach is calm, structured, and conversational. Sessions focus on guided reflection, thoughtful questioning, and clear goal-setting, helping students explore their own ideas and strengths rather than being told what to do. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, pace, and goals.
I support students with areas such as confidence, decision-making, managing change, motivation, and personal development. Sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental space where students can think clearly, feel heard, and develop practical life skills that support both their studies and everyday life.
Lessons are structured but flexible. We begin by agreeing a focus for the session and finish with reflection on key insights or next steps, helping students build self-trust and confidence beyond the session itself.
