Experienced French tutor for GCSE and A level exam preparation: listening, speaking, reading and writing g skills

I've been learning French with Christophe for some years. He is a terrific teacher - full of enthusiasm and blessed with no lack of patience. Lessons are in French but tailored to the pupil's ability and explore French culture, politics and lifestyle through discussions around newspaper articles, videos etc. Christophe encourages his pupils to talk and gently corrects any grammatical mistakes. But mostly, he inspires me to explore the language, culture and media resources. I couldn't ask for a better teacher!

I look forward to Christophe’s lessons so much - chatting to him in French is the highlight of my week! He’s excellent at explaining clearly and has such patience - and we have a lot of fun.

He is friendly, interesting and interested in a huge range of subjects including all things political and artistic. He is also quite strict on the subject of homework which is a very good thing.. and an excellent teacher.
