I am Dr. N. Theresita Shanthi, an experienced academician, teacher educator, researcher, educational administrator and student counsellor. I hold a Ph.D. in Physics, an M.Ed., an M.Phil. in Education and an M.Sc. in Psychology. With extensive experience in higher education, academic administration, student guidance and counselling, I am passionate about making learning meaningful, practical and student-centred. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts, encouraging critical thinking, developing problem-solving skills and building students’ confidence. I believe every learner has unique abilities and deserves patient guidance, encouragement and opportunities to succeed. My lessons are aimed at school students, higher secondary students, college students, prospective teachers and aspiring educators. I can support learners in Physics and Science, educational subjects, study skills, examination preparation, career guidance and personal development. I also aim to help students improve their communication, time management, independent learning and academic performance.
