I am an experienced and dedicated psychotherapist and educator with over 24 years of clinical and academic practice in the UK and Portugal. My approach draws on a strong foundation in psychotherapy, cognitive psychology, neurodevelopment, and applied neuroscience, enabling me to deliver teaching that is both evidence-based and practically relevant.
