Advert description
My teaching approach begins with the student, not the syllabus. Before I plan a single lesson, I take time to understand who the student is: their goals, current level, strengths, gaps, interests, confidence, and preferred way of learning. Some students need structure and clear milestones. Others need conversation, encouragement, and room to make mistakes. Some learn best through examples and repetition, while others respond to challenges, projects, and real-world tasks. By getting to know the student first, I can make every lesson feel relevant, purposeful, and personal. This initial discovery phase also builds trust. Students learn more effectively when they feel seen, respected, and understood, and that relationship becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
