I offer esports performance coaching focused on what actually drives consistent improvement outside of the game. My sessions develop focus, mental resilience, confidence, physical wellbeing, and sustainable performance habits, helping you perform at your best without burnout.
As a Sports and Exercise Science undergraduate and current university esports performance coach, I use evidence-based methods from performance psychology and physiology to support both individual players and teams. I have delivered 1 to 1 and group sessions, designed structured mental resilience programmes for elite international players, and worked with athletes across both esports and traditional sport .
Alongside this, I compete at a high level in esports and have represented Great Britain in sport, so I understand what performing under pressure really requires.
