I have worked as a project manager for several years, managing people from different countries. I received praise from all of them on my management skills and my communication skills. I would bring the same approach to teaching, making sure my students have a voice and use their interests to make learning a fun and effective experience for them. One example could be to use their favorite hobbies as a platform to integrate language lessons and peak their interest.
