English tutor teaching English to students ages 14

I have a BA from the university of Cambridge in English and have been tutoring and mentoring a wide range of students since 2022.

This includes students with additional needs, those wishing to go to Oxbridge and other red-brick universities, GCSE, A-Level, and mature students.

Whether the student needs their grade boosting from a B to an A*, or wants to grow their confidence in English Literature, I always teach with student engagement in mind. This means I help students find their own path into English through their interests and from this position of security, allow them to push themselves into deeper modes of analytical thinking and writing.
