English tutor for students of all ages

I am a CELTA-qualified English teacher with a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Exeter. I specialise in teaching English to students of all ages as well as native and non-native speakers. I also teach GCSE and A-level English, covering all curriculums for exam boards. I teach English to children aged 10 to adults. I also teach English to native speakers as well as individuals who have English as a second language. My 6 years of teaching English consists of teaching English in a secondary school and covering the GCSE and A-level English curriculum. I also have experience preparing international students for the Cambridge IGCSE exam, having had all previous students pass this exam and gain admission to British boarding schools. My approach to teaching focuses on conversation practice, writing, reading, and grammar. My teaching style is student-centred, building on the identified strengths of the student and empowering students to become more confident in navigating the English language through everyday scenarios as well as academic material.
