Employability and Career Confidence Coaching for Young People aged 15-25

Advert description
I support young people (aged 15–25) to build confidence, self-belief and the real-world employability skills they need to take their next steps into education, apprenticeships or work.

Many young people feel pressure to “have it all figured out” - whether that’s choosing a career path, writing applications, preparing for interviews or simply believing in themselves. My coaching provides a supportive, judgement-free space to help them understand who they are, what they’re good at, and how to communicate that with confidence.

Sessions focus on practical career skills such as:

• Confidence and self-belief

• Communication and presence

• Self-awareness, strengths and values

• Interview preparation and applications

• Resilience, motivation and goal-setting

My style is friendly, engaging and psychologically safe - no lectures, no pressure, and no one-size-fits-all advice. I meet each young person where they’re at and tailor sessions to their individual needs, whether they’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply want to stand out.

Parents value my calm, professional approach and clear outcomes. Young people tell me they feel listened to, inspired, understood and more confident after each session.

Sessions are delivered online, making them flexible and accessible.

Ideal for students preparing for sixth form, university, apprenticeships or early career decisions.

If your child needs support building confidence and clarity for their future, I’d love to help.
