Advert description
I led a 42-person sales team across four cities and 12 towns at L'Oréal and helped steer a startup through its toughest moments as co-founder, which is where I learned to read a room, de-escalate tension before it boils over, and coach people through setbacks instead of around them. At INSEAD, working closely with people from 49 different nationalities pushed that further, making me genuinely conscious of how culture shapes the way people express emotion and handle conflict, which sharpened how I teach EQ across different backgrounds. I teach through role-play, acting out situations you're actually likely to face, like a disagreement with a friend, pressure from parents, or feeling overlooked in a group, so you practice responding in real time before we unpack what was happening underneath it. I'll bring in moments where I got it wrong too, since most of what I know came from misreading a room first and figuring out why after. After each session, I'll send over a PowerPoint deck summarizing the key takeaways, so you have something concrete to look back on rather than relying on memory alone.
