Advert description
Hi, I’m Anna.
I am a Level 5 Qualified Personal Performance Coach with over 26 years’ experience in major corporate organisations, specialising in Learning, Development, and Early Careers. I have designed award-winning graduate, apprenticeship, and intern programmes, which means I know exactly what companies are looking for when they run assessment centres and interviews.
I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for HR and people development. Fellowship is the highest level of membership and recognises significant expertise, leadership, and impact in learning and development.
Here’s what makes the difference:
It takes far more than excellent grades to succeed at an assessment centre. Employers are looking for the skills you don’t always learn in education.
This is where coaching adds real value — and how I can support my clients.
I help school, college and university leavers as well as early career professionals to:
Build confidence in themselves and their abilities
Identify the right career path and take their first steps into work
Understand and showcase the leadership and soft skills employers value
Learn strategies to manage pressure and avoid burnout
I have particular expertise in supporting autistic and ADHD early career professionals, an area I am deeply passionate about. Having been diagnosed with combined ADHD myself, and living within a neurodivergent household, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my coaching.
As a coach, I am empathetic and compassionate, but I will also challenge you to think differently when you need a new perspective. My aim is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence and a stronger sense of who you are.
If you’re looking for a career coach who understands the realities of today’s job market and what it really takes to shine, I’d love to support you.
