I use authentic materials, make many of my own materials (using AI these days) and make my lessons as communicative and reflective as possible, with pre and post tasks to get the best out of an online experience. I have good internet connection and well-versed using Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp etc. I am well-organised so keep records of students progress, recycling language and skills as necessary, pushing them out of their comfort zones gently to help them achieved their goals.
