Despite the fact that I don't have any formal teaching experience, my past as a member of a team during my time in school and university has given me useful abilities that give me the confidence to move outside of my comfort zone and teach effectively. I believe my communication, organisation, and adaptability skills, which I have developed via leading teams, are transferrable to the field of teaching. In order to nurture my students' growth and confidence in their English language abilities, I am excited to use these experiences to create a dynamic and exciting learning environment for them. To ensure understanding and retention, my instruction will incorporate a mix of interactive exercises, practical examples, and helpful criticism.
