Advert description
Skills and Experience
I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher with 9 years of continuous teaching experience in the Algerian public education system. I specialise in Arabic language teaching at primary level, with strong experience in developing pupils’ reading, writing, and comprehension skills. I also deliver structured handwriting training (Naskh script) for children aged 6–15.
My key skills include classroom management, lesson planning, differentiation to meet mixed-ability needs, and creating engaging learning materials. I am also confident in using ICT tools such as Microsoft Word and Canva to design worksheets and visual learning resources. In addition, I have experience running educational workshops focused on improving handwriting and fine motor skills in young learners.
How I will teach
I use a structured, step-by-step teaching approach that builds skills gradually. I begin by assessing learners’ current level, then I plan clear, achievable objectives for each lesson. I break down content into simple steps, using demonstration, guided practice, and independent work.
My teaching is interactive and learner-centred. I encourage participation, questioning, and practice through repetition and feedback. I also use visual aids and practical activities to support understanding, especially for younger learners. I regularly check progress and adapt my teaching to ensure every child is supported and improving at their own pace.
