Advert description
My lessons are structured, supportive, and results-driven, designed to help individuals gain practical tools for real-life challenges while feeling safe, understood, and empowered. Drawing from over 6 years of counselling experience across clinical, corporate, school, and online settings, I use an evidence-based approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centered techniques, and elements of trauma-informed care.
Each lesson is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. I typically begin with understanding your current situation through a simple, structured framework (thoughts, emotions, behaviours), and then work collaboratively with you to develop practical strategies for improvement. Sessions are interactive and engaging, combining guided discussions, psychoeducation, and hands-on exercises that you can apply immediately in your daily life.
The format of my lessons is flexible but goal-oriented. We focus on measurable progress, whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving stress management, building healthier relationships, or developing emotional resilience. I also provide tools such as thought-challenging techniques, coping strategies, and personalised action plans to ensure continuous growth outside of sessions.
I have conducted over 400 individual and group sessions, with a strong track record of helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes, including a 90% goal attainment rate in previous roles. My experience working with diverse and multicultural clients, both in-person and online, allows me to adapt my approach to suit different people
