I had the joy of joining a yoga and writing retreat that Laura ran, and have known in her a variety of different workshop and reatreat contexts, and couldn't recommend her more. The morning yoga classes she ran were inclusive and Laura was wonderfully attentive, providing adaptations to different skill and comfort levels. She also ran reflective meditation and journalling sessions, which helped us each 'meet ourselves on the page'. Laura was a wonderful listener and guide through the whole weekend and has been in ever encounter I've had with her; compassionate, empathetic, sharing insights and gentle guidance in a way that meets each person where they were.

I have attended Laura's yoga classes and an amazing retreat she ran, which included reflective journalling and guided meditation. She has a wonderfully compassionate and welcoming presence, which I am certain would make her an inclusive and insightful therapist.
