I support learners to understand their strengths, build confidence, and develop the communication skills needed for modern workplaces. I also help people explore their transferable skills and decide whether they want to grow in their current career or move into something new. Together we look at what motivates you, what you’re good at, and how to turn that into a clear, achievable plan.
