I bring over 20 years of experience in customer service, telephone-based support, and career coaching, which means I’m skilled at listening deeply, asking the right questions, and helping students feel comfortable and understood. Many of my sessions focus on building self-belief, improving communication, and developing practical strategies for studying, planning and decision-making.
