I coach people to get a better understand of the beliefs and thoughts they hold and how to achieve their goals

My approach is rooted in a multidisciplinary perspective, as I believe true healing happens when we address both the mind and the body - especially when processing anxiety, trauma, or grief. At Phren Therapy, my practice is grounded in the understanding that our bodies often store what the mind cannot yet put into words. By weaving the wisdom of Yoga into our therapeutic work, I offer a gentle path to emotional release: one that honours the stories your body holds and helps you safely let go of what no longer serves you.
I have specific academic experience with students with learning disabilities and special educational needs (autism, adhd, dyslexia).
