I am an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Consultant with over 25 years’ expertise in recruitment, selection and interview skills. Throughout my career, I have worked with leading employers including Unilever, Deloitte, Nestlé, Volkswagen, British Airways and the BBC, as well as local government and growing start-ups. I have personally recruited for thousands of roles – from apprenticeships and graduate schemes to senior leadership positions – giving me a clear insight into what employers are looking for and how candidates can stand out.
