My sessions are completely tailored to each student because I believe everyone learns differently and faces unique challenges. As a current university student myself, I understand how overwhelming studying, deadlines, and balancing life can sometimes feel. My role as a Student Life Coach is to make that process easier, more structured, and far less stressful.
Each session is relaxed, supportive, and fully focused on you. We’ll begin by identifying what you’d like to work on - whether that’s creating a manageable revision schedule, improving motivation, boosting confidence, or finding ways to stay organised. From there, I’ll guide you through personalised strategies to help you reach your goals.
I often help students with building effective study plans, developing note-taking systems that actually work for them, and learning efficient revision and exam techniques. But beyond academics, I also focus on wellbeing and mindset -helping you manage stress, stay motivated, and maintain a healthy balance between work and life.
Every lesson is interactive and collaborative. You can expect open discussions, practical tools you can apply straight away, and realistic steps that break bigger goals into achievable actions. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling clearer, more confident, and more in control of your studies.
Overall, my sessions are about helping you feel capable, organised, and motivated to succeed - not just in exams, but in how you approach your academic journey as a whole.
