Classics and Humanities tutor with a strong cultural background in both European and South Asian history and languages

I have a 2:1 BA degree in Sanskrit with Classics from Oxford University. Prior to that I achieved A* A* A in Latin, Ancient Greek, and English literature A level, as well as taking History of Art up to AS level. My experience with both Indian and Western classical languages, history, religion, philosophy etc means that I bring a culturally open approach to my lessons. I am particularly passionate about helping students who are struggling with Ancient Greek or Latin - I understand how thorny and difficult ancient languages can be. However, I am also capable of tutoring history up to GCSE level, as I enjoyed GCSE history in school and my degree contained a lot of historical examination and essays.
