Hi, I’m Thalita, a certified Yoga Teacher trained in India with over 7 years of teaching experience.
My classes combine Vinyasa Yoga, breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness and meditation to support both physical and mental well-being. I work with students of all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners, always adapting the practice to individual needs and goals.
Whether you want to improve flexibility, strength, mobility, reduce stress, build confidence or simply create a healthier routine, I will help you develop a sustainable and enjoyable yoga practice.
I believe yoga should be accessible, supportive and adaptable to real life. My teaching style is warm, encouraging and focused on helping students feel stronger, more balanced and more connected to themselves.
I offer online classes and would be happy to support you on your yoga journey.
