I am a calm, knowledgeable and supportive individual who can tailor their approach according to different student needs.

I will let the student solve whatever they can confidently, and then take the time to listen whenever they get stuck. I would then talk them through the question and offer alternative examples to cement the knowledge clearly. I do not challenge students but enable them to feel heard and supported.
